A serving Metropolitan Police Sergeant Lee Symons has been indicted for sexual offences involving three men and one woman.

Police Sergeant Lee Symons, of the West Area Command Unit, was suspended from duty in December 2022 and is scheduled to appear at Westminster Magistrates’ Court on January 27.

PS Lee Symons was indicted on December 23, 2024, for assault by penetration and five counts of sexual assault.

The alleged offences occurred between 2012 and 2018 against the same individual.

PS Lee Symons was additionally charged on 23 December with five more counts of sexual assault by touching, occurring between 2009 and 2021.

Three of these charges pertain to purported offences against one guy, while the other two charges involve alleged offences against another man and a woman.

All incidents are purported to have occurred against individuals familiar to him.
